Prior to joining Covasant, Srikanth served as the CEO of Cigniti Technologies, where he was instrumental in driving innovation and shaping the company’s culture and mission. Under his leadership, Cigniti transformed from a small, determined team into a global leader in digital assurance and engineering services, with nearly 5,000 professionals worldwide. Srikanth holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from India.

Anil Kona is the Executive Director and Head of Products and Platforms at Covasant. An accomplished technology leader and serial entrepreneur, Anil leads the development of next-generation SaaS platforms focused on compliance, audit, cybersecurity, legal process outsourcing, and digital transformation.

With a unique career spanning law enforcement, Big 4 consulting, and entrepreneurship, Anil brings a cross-disciplinary approach to solving complex business challenges through technology. He is known for building and scaling high-performing teams, leading global projects, and driving innovation in risk and compliance solutions.

Prior to Covasant, Anil successfully led multiple ventures delivering enterprise products and services to global clients, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity and legal tech. His experience navigating regulated industries and complex data environments informs his product strategy and customer-centric approach.

Kishore: As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Covasant, he leads the company’s finance and operations, ensuring every facet of the business aligns with Covasant’s mission to deliver impactful, AI-driven outcomes for clients.

With a deep interest in startups, his journey has been shaped by a passion for transforming ideas into scalable businesses—built on a strong foundation of financial discipline, operational excellence, and a commitment to long-term value creation.

Ram is the Co-Founder and CEO of Covasant, where he leads the charge in advancing AI-powered, Services-as-Software solutions that unlock new possibilities and deliver measurable outcomes. He is passionate about building a future where businesses adapt, innovate, and thrive by leveraging the power of Agentic AI in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Before founding Covasant, Ram served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and as Geo-Head for the Americas at Tata Elxsi. In this role, he led strategic initiatives across multiple industries—including Automotive, Broadcast & Media, Communications, Consumer Products, Healthcare, and Semiconductors—driving revenue growth and profitability.
Ram holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's in Engineering from India.

Phaneesh Murthy is a Senior Advisory Board Member at Covasant, bringing decades of strategic leadership and deep expertise from his time at leading global IT firms, including Infosys and iGATE. At Covasant, Phaneesh plays a strategic role in steering the company’s expansion and long-term vision.
With a career spanning more than 35 years, Phaneesh has held influential roles including Managing Director and Worldwide Head of Sales and Marketing. He is widely recognized for his visionary leadership, disruptive growth strategies, and ability to create lasting competitive advantage. His insights have helped shape the growth trajectory of numerous global enterprises.

Beyond the boardroom, he is deeply committed to wildlife conservation and has dedicated over 25 years to preserving and expanding tiger populations in India. Phaneesh holds a Bachelor of Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
