His work has been recognized by multiple institutions for advancing innovation, fostering cross-border collaboration, and building world-class organizations.

Srikanth Chakkilam is a visionary entrepreneur and strategic leader, known for building high-growth, innovation-driven technology companies. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Covasant Technologies Pvt. Ltd., he leads the company’s strategy and growth, focused on building Covasant into a global pioneer in Agentic AI services. His mission is to enable enterprises to scale intelligently through autonomous, adaptive systems powered by cutting-edge AI.

His contributions have earned him several industry recognitions, including the prestigious Forbes Leadership Award, Young Entrepreneur of the Year by Silicon India, Outstanding Business Leader Award from the World Quality Congress, and he was also a nominee for EY Entrepreneur of the Year in the U.S. Southwest Region. Srikanth is also an active angel investor and limited partner in global venture capital funds, backing bold entrepreneurs in AI, digital health, climate tech, and SaaS. Guided by a belief in long-term value creation and people-first leadership, he is committed to building institutions that inspire, scale, and endure.

Ram is the CEO of Covasant, where he leads the charge in building AI-powered, Services-as-Software platforms that help enterprises unlock scalable value. At Covasant, he is driving the adoption of Agentic AI to help organizations adapt faster, innovate boldly, and achieve measurable outcomes.

With over 25 years of experience across global product and service organizations, Ram brings a rare blend of deep engineering expertise and sharp business acumen. Before founding Covasant, he served as Geo-Head for the Americas and Senior Leadership Team member at Tata Elxsi, driving multi-sector growth across Automotive, Broadcast & Media, Communications, Consumer Products, Healthcare, and Semiconductors.

Earlier in his career, Ram held leadership and engineering roles at HCL Technologies, Sasken, Pricol, and other high-impact organizations, contributing to core R&D, embedded systems, and business development. This diverse foundation gives him a unique perspective on how technology can be purposefully scaled across every level of the enterprise.

Ram holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from India. He is passionate about building future-ready organizations at the intersection of technology, talent, and trust.

Anil Kona is the Executive Director and Head of Products and Platforms at Covasant, overseeing scalable solutions in compliance, cybersecurity, legal tech, and digital transformation. As a serial entrepreneur and technology leader, Anil brings a unique combination of experience from law enforcement, consulting, and enterprise product development innovation.

He began his professional journey as a Sub-Inspector of Police, serving over 11 years in the Special Intelligence Branch (SIB), where he investigated organized crime and developed a strong foundation in risk and investigative thinking. Anil brings a cross-disciplinary approach to solving complex business challenges through technology. During his tenure at Deloitte and EY, he led high-impact teams across forensic analytics, fraud investigations, and regulatory compliance, helping global clients navigate risk with advanced data solutions. Over the decades, he has successfully led multiple ventures delivering enterprise products and services to global clients, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity and legal tech.

Anil is valued for his deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and ability to translate vision into scalable solutions that meet enterprise needs.

Kishore: As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Covasant, he leads the company’s finance and operations, ensuring every facet of the business aligns with Covasant’s mission to deliver impactful, AI-driven outcomes for clients. With a deep interest in startups, his journey has been shaped by a passion for transforming ideas into scalable businesses—built on a strong foundation of financial discipline, operational excellence, and a commitment to long-term value creation.

Hari Natarajan is a prominent figure in the Global Technology, Entertainment, Media & Communications industry, recognized for his deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence business and product strategy, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Robotics Cloud Solutions.

With a distinguished career spanning leadership roles in high-impact organizations, Hari has served as Chief Alliance Officer at Tredence, Executive Vice President and Business Head – Strategic Global Alliances at L&T Technology Services, and Chief Marketing Officer at Pixstone Images, among others.

His areas of expertise include product incubation and management, product marketing, brand building, global trademark and intellectual property strategy, technology venture capital funding, M&A, and partner strategy through strategic alliances.

Hari also brings valuable experience in global enterprise solution selling, strategic sourcing, and innovation life-cycle management, positioning him as a well-rounded leader with a comprehensive understanding of global markets and emerging technologies.

He holds a distinguished academic background, having studied at the MIT Sloan School of Management and pursued Physics at the University of Cambridge.
