Enablr is a specialized AI-first practice of Covasant that is designed to solve a critical challenge for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) bridging the "strategic value gap" between operational efficiency and enterprise-wide impact. Enablr's mission is to help both new and mature GCCs fast-track their strategic relevance, transforming them from support systems into indispensable enterprise assets.

Enablr’s holistic framework supports every phase of the GCC journey by blending seasoned expertise with our proprietary AI platform. With Enablr, Covasant reinforces its commitment to shaping the next generation of GCC’s not as extensions of the enterprise, but as its future defining core.

Our first-ever AI Hackathon was conducted successfully, with a spotlight on some of India's brightest emerging talent. This flagship event attracted over 100 registrations, with 20 teams from top institutions across the nation dedicating themselves to solving real-world enterprise challenges using cutting-edge AI.

Over four intensive weeks, participants transformed innovative concepts into functional prototypes. This journey was supported by the dedicated guidance of our expert mentors. We extend our sincere appreciation to the entire mentor team for their commitment: Dhruva, Ranjith, Vamshi, Ruben, Harshit, Naren, Bhaskar, Krishna Chaitanya, and Raghu. The program was expertly anchored by Vishnu, who served as the prime mentor lead.

The hackathon culminated in an impressive final round judged by the Covasant leadership team and external industry experts. We congratulate our Grand Prize Winner, Jiggly Puff from Vellore Institute of Technology, and our runners-up: RepoLens (IIIT Raichur), Data Drifters (IIT Bhubaneswar), and War Room (Vellore Institute of Technology). Our gratitude extends to every participant, judge, and mentor who contributed to this remarkable event.

We are driving innovation by sponsoring a Capstone project with the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB) for their Advanced Management Programme in Business Analytics (AMPBA). As part of this paid program, a select team of experienced professionals will tackle a challenging, three-month project focused on Global Capability Centers.

The project officially kicked off through a selection process. Their fresh perspectives and dedicated analytical efforts are set to bring significant value to key areas within GCCs. This initiative underscores our commitment to nurturing top-tier talent and driving data-led innovation.

We are building momentum with other key technology partners:

Microsoft: Our sales collaboration is gaining momentum, with 14 co-sell deals now registered and accepted. We have unlocked early-stage customer funding to help strengthen our delivery.

Google Cloud (GCP): Our work with Google Cloud is expanding, and we have recently secured services authorization for North America. Four joint Go-to-Market strategies have been finalized.

Databricks: We are building our Databricks capabilities with a dedicated “speedboat” team now in place. Training is underway for 18 team members, with four certifications expected in the coming weeks.

In an exclusive panel discussion hosted by GLG in New York, our konaAI team explored the transformative impact of AI on modern litigation practices. Moderated by GLG’s General Counsel, Laurence Herman, the session delivered key insights on the evolving role of artificial intelligence (AI) in legal workflows, covering critical ethical and regulatory considerations, and best practices for successful technology integration into litigation strategies.

The comprehensive discussion also spanned crucial topics, such as forensic data analytics, advanced eDiscovery techniques, and complex data privacy challenges in the age of AI. The panel exchanged valuable perspectives on how AI is currently driving innovation, significantly improving efficiency, and fundamentally redefining the future of legal risk management for enterprises across the globe.

In line with our commitment to fostering leadership and inclusivity, our colleagues proudly represented Covasant at the recent NASSCOM Women in Tech event in Hyderabad. Yogitha, Sireesha, Sarvani, Lohitha, and Geha engaged in meaningful discussions centered on leadership, secure data ecosystems, and the path to inclusive innovation. The event served as a powerful platform for women technologists who are actively shaping enterprise strategy and leading AI-driven change.

Exploring the future of fraud prevention, experts from konaAI played a leading role at the 36th Annual ACFE Global Fraud Conference in Nashville, sponsoring the event and joining a global community of anti-fraud leaders. A key highlight was the featured panel on “Measuring the ROI of Your Fraud Risk Management and Data Analytics Program.” The session delivered actionable insights on quantifying the value of compliance initiatives and analytics investments. The discussion covered how AI-powered solutions are transforming fraud detection by turning data into decisive action. It emphasized the critical link between compliance efforts and measurable business value, reinforcing innovation's role in building resilient, future-ready fraud risk management programs.

Our fourth "Building with AI" meetup successfully brought together a dynamic group of students, professionals, and industry leaders to explore the timely theme of "Human-in-the-Loop AI." The session featured a stellar lineup of speakers who shared valuable perspectives. Kartikeya Prahlad Panyam (Covasant) emphasized that AI investments must drive ROI, while Sitaram Tadepalli (DBS Bank) highlighted Agentic AI as the "next big frontier." Subhash Konduru delivered practical takeaways on the foundational need for clean, reliable data, and C V Rammohan (Covasant) noted that while AI won’t replace humans; professionals who work with AI will lead the future. The event fostered an environment of knowledge sharing and reinforced that human empathy and ethics are central to the responsible adoption of AI.

The konaAI team recently joined a respected group of risk and compliance leaders at #RISK New York to explore AI's transformative impact on risk management. The event's highlight was a compelling panel discussion titled "Using AI to Supercharge Risk Management." The session delved into practical strategies for embedding AI into enterprise frameworks to drive efficiency, enhance business value, and deliver a measurable return on investment.

The dialogue provided attendees with valuable insights into how AI empowers organizations to proactively manage risk, improve decision-making, and significantly strengthen their governance models. The key takeaway was a clear understanding of how these advanced technologies are fundamentally reshaping the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) landscape for the modern enterprise.
