ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 Certified
Within two days after the completion of the recent ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 external audits, Covasant has received the official ISO certificates successfully! This certification is a clear testament to the strength of our collaboration and the level of excellence that we demonstrate in our work at Covasant. It speaks volumes about the hard work, expertise, and commitment each one of you has put in to ensure the audit was completed with distinction.
Key Highlights
We are proud to announce that the "CSR Circle of Honour 2025" by the Sri Madhusudan Sai Global Humanitarian Mission, has been extended to Covasant for our "commitment to technology-driven impact and social responsibility." The mission recognized our "generous support towards medical education, hospital operations, and mission initiatives" as a testament to our belief in using innovation for the greater good of humanity.
We are proud to announce that Covasant has been named the “Best Cybersecurity Company of the Year 2025” at the recently concluded 3rd edition of the Financial Express FuTech Summit & Awards 2025. Our flagship solution, DCube CyberProTX, played a key role in helping us win the award. This win highlights our commitment to helping enterprises become proactively secure and resilient. It is a powerful validation of our belief that the future of enterprise defense lies in Agentic AI.
We have launched our new AI Agent Control Tower (AI ACT). It’s a governance platform built to bring order to the complex AI landscape many companies are now facing. We developed this platform in response to the market's rush to deploy countless, disconnected AI agents. As our Chairman C.V. Subramanyam puts it, “An agent for every task is not a strategy; it’s a recipe for chaos. We built the AI ACT to be the strategic control plane."
The AI ACT is our solution for unified agent management. It provides a 'single pane of glass' for AI governance and security, giving organizations full observability into what their agents are doing.
The konaAI and DCube Data Sciences teams recently came together for a special gathering. Arghya Bhattacharya, Chief Partner Officer, Covasant, and Tristan Hamilton, Sales Director, Google Cloud GTM, Covasant, recently met Google's startup group at their Chicago office to discuss our fraud detection solution from konaAI, a Covasant company. The meeting was hosted by Clara Buenker, Google's AI GTM Lead, Startups.
The discussion focused on Google's investment in our unique, GCP-based platform. This solution was highlighted as a "true unicorn" in the Google Cloud ecosystem. This partnership will help our teams work closely with GCP sellers to bring this powerful anti-fraud solution to enterprises in Q4 and beyond.
Anil Kona, COO & Executive Director, Covasant, recently shared his insights in a fireside chat at the recently concluded 3rd Edition of Financial Express FuTech Summit & Awards 2025. The topic of the fireside chat was “Navigating the Intersection of AI, Compliance, and Customer Experience for Future-Ready Businesses.”

HR Connect
We have officially launched Keka, our new HRMS portal. This new platform will help streamline our core HR processes and is part of our commitment to improving our internal operations.
A training session was held recently to introduce everyone to the new system's features. Keka is now our central hub for managing attendance and leave requests, and it is linked directly to our payroll. All employees are requested to begin using the Keka portal for daily attendance and leave management.
We have introduced a new Global Travel & Expenses Policy, which became effective on October 1, 2025, for all global full-time employees. This policy creates a clear, consistent and standardized process for all domestic and international business travel.
