Covasant was honored to participate in a reception hosted by Gareth Wynn Owen (British Deputy High Commissioner) to celebrate the landmark UK–India Free Trade Agreement (FTA). The evening provided a significant opportunity to engage with distinguished leaders regarding the future of cross-border innovation, including Siddharth Vishwanathan (Head of Investment – Foreign Direct Investment), Jaya Choraria (UK Diplomat), and Gita Krishnankutty (Head of Inward Investment – Southern & Eastern India). Representing Covasant at the event were Subramanyam C. V. (MD & Chairman) and Nanda Padmaraju (CRO – UKEU, MEA & ANZ). This engagement underscores our strategic commitment to the UK market as we continue to invest in building Agentic AI products that help enterprises transition from AI ambition to AI at scale.




Launched the Covasant Agent Management Suite, our integrated AgentOps platform designed to industrialize the enterprise Agentic AI lifecycle. By unifying the hyperscaler multiverse with universal multi-agent orchestration and full-stack observability, the AI platform ensures autonomous agents remain reliable, auditable, and secure, empowering organizations to move beyond simple automation toward true intelligence driving measurable business outcomes.
DataNexus, our agent-governed Master Data Management (AG-MDM) solution, is now live on the Google Cloud Marketplace. It establishes the ground truth layer required to keep enterprise systems, analytics, and AI initiatives aligned through accurate and continuously improved master data. DataNexus brings structure to master data without impacting operational speed, enabling organizations to apply governance and maintain consistency as AI initiatives scale.

In partnership with Enablr (a Covasant division), GI Outsourcing inaugurated its Global Capability Center (GCC) at the International Tech Park, Hyderabad. The ceremony was attended by Tariq Husain (Group CEO, GI Outsourcing), Siddharth Vishwanathan (Head of Investment - Foreign Direct Investment, British Deputy High Commission), and Subramanyam C. V. (Chairman and Managing Director, Covasant and Enablr). This "AI-first" delivery hub will support GI Outsourcing’s global financial operations and is expected to grow to 200 professionals by 2028.

At the recent NASSCOM forum, Subramanyam C. V. (Chairman and Managing Director) and Dr. Subhendu Pattnaik (CMO) engaged with industry peers and analysts from ISG, Forrester, Everest Group, and NelsonHall. The discussions focused on the shift from static strategy to constant operational motion. This direction validates our focus on the Covasant Agent Management Suite, which provides global technology leaders the agility to adapt and the power to scale AI securely within a rapidly changing landscape.




We hosted the inaugural She Tribe session, focused on resilience and women leadership strategy in the age of AI. Mohana Balla (Chief Staff Officer, Covasant) shared insights on leveraging authenticity as a professional strength. Rekha Narendra (Vice President, RealPage) discussed navigating workplace challenges to achieve growth, while Ashwini Duvvuri (Deputy Director, PepsiCo) highlighted the unique strengths women bring to corporate AI roles and the importance of simplifying complex workflows.








Covasant maintained a strategic presence at the IDC CIO Summit at Atlantis-The Palm, Dubai, where regional technology leaders emphasized a decisive shift toward flawless execution and responsibility in AI adoption. Adi Mopidevi (Chief Product Officer) presented a session on operationalizing AI, offering a practical blueprint for overcoming data fragmentation and transitioning AI applications from controlled pilots to production-grade reality. The delegation also featured Israar Ashfaque (Vice President, Middle East Africa), Vishnu Yalala (Vice President, Data & AI), and Arisha Kapoor (Sales Manager).






During a recent collaboration with the Compliance Week, our team from konaAI (a Covasant company) shared results from a joint AI in Compliance survey. The discussion focused on how Ethics and Compliance teams are adopting Agentic AI to improve governance results and operationalize integrity through automated "compliance helpers."




Continuing our commitment to knowledge-sharing, Nanda Padmaraju (CRO – UKEU, MEA & ANZ) and Raghavendra Tadepalli (VP, AI Engineering) addressed students at the Indian School of Business (ISB). Raghavendra delivered a session on "Architecting the Future of Autonomous Systems via Multi-Agent Orchestration," focusing on the design, governance, and responsible scaling of goal-driven AI agents in real-world environments.







The start of 2026 focused on sharing joyful moments through our cultural celebrations. The office featured vibrant kite decorations and a rangoli competition that showcased the collective creativity of our teams. The day concluded with a lively game of Housie/Tambola, reflecting our commitment to maintaining a warm and energetic workplace culture.












At the Covasant AI Innovation Center, the 77th Republic Day was marked by a program of patriotic songs, skits, and traditional performances. Different teams collaborated on a dance performance and a skit centered on the theme of unity, reminding us that progress depends on moving forward together. The celebration featured a patriotic flash mob that engaged the entire floor, highlighting the shared experiences that connect our people beyond their daily work.











Covasant celebrated International Women’s Day with a health session by Dr. Kavitha Naragoni and leadership messages regarding our collective progress. The event transitioned into the "Rhythm of Womanhood," where our team showcased their musical and artistic talents through various performances. We concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony, reinforcing a culture where wellness, leadership, and individual expression go hand-in-hand.












We hosted a special Iftar party this week. A very special thanks to Ashfaq, Mateen, Masi, and Jabeen for hosting such a wonderful gathering and bringing the team together.

Dr. M. R. Senapathy (Adjunct Faculty Member, ICFAI Online) led a workshop titled "Kindling Creativity" to help leadership teams unlock fresh thinking. The session introduced tools such as the "Creativity Meter" and psychometric tests to foster a workplace culture where innovation is an operational habit.







We conducted mandatory Information Security Management System (ISMS) training sessions to refresh our data protection protocols. These sessions reinforced our commitment to global security standards and ensured that all team members remain aligned with the organizational policies required to maintain our high level of data integrity.



Geeta Goti, External POSH Committee Member, led a dedicated session on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) regulations, focusing on the standards for acceptable workplace conduct. The training reviewed the rights and responsibilities of every employee under the act, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a respectful, sensitive, and confidential professional environment.



We launched CoStory, a new video series that shares the personal journeys of the people who power Covasant. Our first feature highlights Sarvani Josyam (Project Manager), who discusses her career progression and the satisfaction of delivering complex, high-impact projects with her team.
