We are happy to announce that Covasant has achieved the ISO/IEC 42001 accredited certification. It underscores our commitment to meeting the highest global standards for responsible AI governance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and trust in every solution that we deliver. By attaining this milestone in 2025, Covasant is now among a very limited and early group of organizations worldwide to achieve the ISO/IEC 42001 accredited certification, recognized for ethical innovation in an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS).
It reinforces our dedication to ethical innovation and leadership in shaping the future of trustworthy AI. The accredited certification strengthens trust with clients, boards, regulators, and partners, supports expansion into regulated and AI-intensive markets, and ensures readiness for emerging global AI regulations.
The inauguration of our new AI Innovation Center at Atria, International Tech Park,is a significant milestone for us and the technology landscape in Hyderabad. Our center is the primary hub for all our Agentic AI operations, focusing on autonomous solutions with robust governance guardrails. We cherished the opportunity to celebrate the inauguration with Shri D. Sridhar Babu, Hon’ble Minister of Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, Industries & Commerce, and Legislative Affairs, Government of Telangana, in the presence of Shri Sanjay Kumar, IAS, Special Chief Secretary, Government of Telangana, and Shri Sai Krishna, IT Advisor to the Hon’ble Minister of IT, E&C, Industries & Commerce, Government of Telangana. This milestone was made possible by the meticulous planning and efforts of our leaders, volunteers, partners, and the media.

The Covasant Agent Management Suite (CAMS) was named the "Best AI Platform for Agent Governance" at the Telangana Leadership Awards 2025, powered by the World Marketing Congress. This recognition validates our commitment to delivering a secure and compliant command center for Agentic AI. It reinforces our focus on the strategic governance of autonomous agents as a fundamental component of enterprise technology.
Key Partnerships and Alliances
Covasant is now a Global Build Authorized partner. Our flagship solution, konaAI, is officially transactable on the Google Cloud Marketplace. This integration enables enterprises to deploy our solutions directly on the Google Cloud infrastructure, facilitating a smoother transition from proof-of-concept to full-scale production.
konaAI is live and transactable on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. This enables organizations to adopt our AI-driven risk management offerings using their existing Azure credits and procurement channels. konaAI has been validated to meet Microsoft’s security and reliability standards.
We recently welcomed global partners to our AI Innovation Center to collaborate on strategic roadmaps and autonomous agent deployment. These sessions focused on aligning Agentic AI solutions with enterprise requirements to ensure secure and scalable implementation.

In a recent interview with Outlook Business, our CEO & Executive Director, Srikanth Chakkilam, discussed the transition from experimental AI to enterprise-grade, accountable systems. A group of bright minds from the Indian School of Business (ISB) worked on a capstone project on "AI for Smarter Trials – Predict, Personalize, and Optimize Clinical Execution." They explored how thoughtful use of AI can remove friction from clinical operations and bring clarity to decisions that impact patient outcomes.
Covasant leaders Nanda Padmaraju, C .V. Rammohan, and Vasuprada Murthy presented completion certificates to the students at the ISB campus, reinforcing the value of industry-academia partnerships.
The 5th edition of our “BuildingWithAI” Meetup in Hyderabad focused on the practical implementation of Responsible AI. Speakers Vijaya Kadiyala, Madhavi Sriramoju, Vishnu Vardhan Yalala, and Dr. Subhendu Pattnaik discussed governance, risk management, and the hidden decisions that shape AI behavior. The event highlighted the importance of making governance a standard operational habit within engineering and product teams.
Covasant was invited by ThinkWise Consulting to participate in the “AI for Software Lifecycle: Reimagining the Future of Code” event in Hyderabad. Dr. Subhendu Pattnaik, our CMO, joined a panel of experts to discuss AI ownership and strategies for accelerating adoption at scale. During the forum, ReddyRaja Annareddy. our CTO, provided a detailed walkthrough of the Covasant Agent Management Suite (CAMS), demonstrating how organizations can manage AI agents with observability and secure guardrails.

HR Connect
In collaboration with MaxiVision Eye Super Speciality Hospitals, Team HR organized a comprehensive eye screening camp at the Hyderabad office on December 12, 2025. The session provided employees with access to professional vision checks, peripheral field tests, and specialist consultations. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting the health and well-being of our workforce.
Traditional carols, lots of laughter, and abundant joy set the tone for the Christmas celebrations at Covasant, bringing everyone together to celebrate something special. The event featured festive snacks and a surprise visit from Santa Claus, which added a light-hearted energy to the celebrations. A special moment was the address by our Chief Guest, Pastor Peter Samuel, who spoke about hope and the importance of community. Everyone had a great time.
Our end-of-week Fun Friday events are a great chance to de-stress and spend time with the team. These activities help build our community and make our workplace a more connected space. We look forward to seeing you at the next one.
Life Outside the Inbox
I spent my last Sunday visiting the Friends Foundation orphanage with the Global HR Federation to donate essentials and spend time with the children there. It was a genuinely happy experience and felt like a very fulfilling day.
